The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) of our college is a dedicated body that works to promote the rights, safety, and overall development of women. It plays an important role in creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Objective

The main goal is to empower women socially, emotionally, and economically

1. To highlight the importance of health and hygiene, nutrition and facilities available for them.

2. Promoting gender equality.

3. Providing support in cases of harassment or discrimination and to promote general well being of female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the college.

4. Encouraging confidence, leadership, and independence.

5. To create awareness of womens rights and their roles in the society.

6. To help them to work with dignity and safety.

7. To provide the procedure for resolution, settlement by taking all necessary steps in any kind of harassment.
